Roland G. Rollie, 78, of Janesville died February 22, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Nursing Home. He was born in Avon Township, Rock County on May 7, 1938, the son of Fred and Dorothy (Wheeler) Rollie. He was formerly employed by General Motors and later farmed near Footville.
Survivors include his wife, Cathy whom he married on July 18, 1983, one son, Roland James “Toad” (Barb) Rollie, one daughter, Barb Rollie, two step-sons, Dennis (Stephanie Johnson) Adams, Harry Ray Adams, 2 grandsons, and a brother. Roland’s parents preceded him in death.
Private services will be held at a later date with burial in the Avon Cemetery. Henke-Clarson Funeral & Cremation Service is assisting the family.
